Our web portal Echo is going to have a face-lift

It’s been more than 10 years since we first launched our web portal Echo, and since then many new products and functionalities have been added onto the Echo platform to help make sending SMS faster and easier for users.

As such we’ve decided to give Echo a face-lift, so that its appearance matches its power. The new look is in-line with contemporary accessibility standards and makes better use of the real estate on the screen. Users can access our newly launched products like SMS Surveys and Messaging Studio much more easily; supplementary information and latest news are also included on the front page to help enhance your SMS campaigns.

Our web SMS portal Echo is having a re-skin

The functionality of Echo is staying exactly the same as it is now.

 

The layout and functionalities are staying exactly the same as they are now, so you don’t have to worry about needing to re-learn or re-train your staff on how to use the platform. And don’t forget our newly revamped support website in case you are lost or struggling to find anything.
