How is my data secured?

We have many high profile businesses using our service and as such we take our customers’ data and information security very seriously.

We are ISO27001 accredited – an independent security standard for establishing, operating and improving Information Security Management. We maintain this standard globally within our organisation. This ensures that our customers can have peace of mind that their data is secure.

How long does it take for my message to be sent?

Almost instantly. Our messaging system is monitored both internally and externally, it’s then measured against the different networks’ availability, performance, service incidents and planned maintenance to ensure a consistent and fast message delivery.

On top of this, our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensure our commitment to 90% of messages being processed with 5 seconds and 95% of messages being processed within 20 seconds. Here in Australia, we have yet to fall short of this promise.

What support is available?

During office hours we have a dedicated team of technical support experts on hand for any queries you may have. Which is completely free of charge.We also have a premium 24/7 support line for those that require that extra line of support.

What are the spam laws in Australia?

How much does it cost?

The only things you pay for are your SMS messages and a Virtual Mobile Number if you need to receive messages. The cost per message is very dependent on your message volume. We can give you an idea of pricing over a quick call. We like to look after our customers as much as possible, so we love talking to you to define not only the pricing we offer, but to also help establish and guide you towards business goals that can be achieved through SMS.

Virtual Mobile Numbers cost $26.50 per month + GST, and are available on a 12 month contract.

Will I be tied into a contract?

You can choose from two payment options; Pre Pay or Pay Monthly. With Pre Pay there is no contract, you simply buy the number of messages you want, and you have 12 months to use them. If you choose to pay monthly, you will be contracted month by month to pay for the messages you sent in the previous month, with a minimum charge of $25. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice and if your invoices are paid in full.

Virtual Mobile Numbers require contracted periods, these can be 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, with the longer contracts having cheaper pricing.

How long are Pre-Paid SMS messages valid for?

Messages are valid for 12 months.
