It is very quick and easy to manage your account. Login to your account via our website and view recent activity, see how many messages are left in the account, and purchase credits at anytime. We will also send you automated low credit warning emails to let you know when your messaging limit is running low.
SMS Plan customers can choose between Direct Debit or standard account terms. Prepay SMS customers can purchase SMS messages online at anytime via our secure website.
By default messages are sent from the virtual mobile number that is assigned to your account when you set it up. The customised sender ID allows you to change this to an 11 character combination of letters or numbers such as your company name, department, or a campaign. When the recipient receives your SMS they will see this name rather than a mobile number. Unlike other messaging providers, we provide this service for free.
