The United Tools Group is a Limited company of specialist retailers, supplying power tools and accessories around Australia. In the competitive retail environment, United Tools chose Bulk SMS from Esendex to stay one step ahead of the game with their sale and service offerings.

Previous to using the Esendex service, United Tools focused on acquiring new customers through newspaper advertising. This method had poor results and was extremely expensive.  The main problem with their newspaper advertising was that the target audience wasn’t being captured. 

United Tools reviewed their existing sales strategy and decided to focus on targeting their existing customer base with SMS.
