Manchester Warehouse has experienced a significant boost in sales since communicating their sales promotions with the Esendex Web SMS service. Compared to Direct Mail campaigns, SMS marketing has improved redemption rates by 8% and it’s over 60% cheaper too.

Manchester Warehouse is a successful furnishing retailer based in Sydney. They offer an extensive product range in bed, bath, kids, and gifts and carry over 60 major brand names in stock. In their 10 years of operating they have successfully built up a loyal customer base of 20,000.

Manchester Warehouse now send SMS campaigns on a regular basis and the campaigns are paying dividends. They continue to see record sales in the months the SMS campaigns are sent and regularly achieve redemption rates of between 8-10%, much higher than the 2% they would normally achieve with direct mail campaigns. SMS marketing is also saving the  60% on their marketing budget when compared to direct mail.
